• Voucher is valid from 01 Feb 2016 until 30 Apr 2016, 7 days; subject to availability.
• Exclusion dates: 12 - 13 Feb, 25 - 26 Mar 2016.
• Reservations must be made by 31 Mar 2016 or you risk forfeiting your voucher.
• Multiple voucher purchases permitted. Multiple vouchers can be used for multiple nights for max 4 consecutive nights. Please discuss directly with hotel when booking. 
• Check in: 3pm, check out: 11am.
• Room type: Standard double or twin. 
• Upgrade supplements: Double Riverview room: £15 per room per night, Executive room: £30 per room per night, Suite: £80 per room per night. Please discuss directly with hotel when booking. 
• 3 course dinner in the restaurant or £20 per person allowance towards dinner in MacNabs bar and bistro. Option 2 has dinner on first night only. Menus are subject to change and will be available on arrival.
• Please advise red or white wine when booking.
• Sweet treat on arrival will be a Millionaire Shortbread slice, subject to change. 
• Children are classed as 16 and under. Family rooms sleep 2 adults and 1 child with a supplement of £10 per room per night. Max 1 child per room. Children pay for meals as taken.
• Guide and assistance dogs only. Sorry, no other pets allowed. 
• No onsite parking, however there is parking nearby which is chargeable. 
• Advanced booking required. The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel after 10am the day prior to arrival. 
• Vouchers must be surrendered for redemption; please print your voucher and bring along with you to avoid disappointment.
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
