• Voucher is valid from Sat 13 May until Thu 31 Aug 2023, Wed-Thu 9am - 7.30pm and Sat-Sun 9am - 4.30pm; subject to availability. 
• Excludes Mon-Tue & Fri.
• Voucher must be booked by Mon 14 Aug 2023 (we don’t want you to miss out!). 
• Telephone bookings only.
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 24 hours of your booking. 
• Vouchers cannot be used against existing bookings.
• Multiple voucher purchases permitted.
• Over 16's only.
• Groups cannot be booked and receive treatment at the same time.
• Treatment is suitable during pregnancy/breastfeeding and for cancer sufferers/those in remission. 
• Please discuss any health concerns directly with salon. 
• Option 1: Treatment duration: approx. 45 min - 1 hour.
• Option 2: Treatment duration: approx. 1 hour - 1 hr 15 mins.
• Option 3: Treatment duration: approx. 2 hours - 2 hours 30 mins. Patch test required.
• Treatments cannot be substituted for other treatments.
• No wheelchair access available.
• Advanced booking required or risk forfeiting your voucher.
• The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.
• You can use your paperless voucher from your itison account on any mobile device. Printed vouchers are also accepted.
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
