• Voucher is valid from Tue 3 Jan until Fri 31 Mar 2017, 7 days; subject to availability.
• Excludes 8 Jan & 21-22 Mar 2017. 
• £15 per room supplement for Saturday night stays.
• Advance booking required. Voucher must be booked by Tue 28 Feb 2017 (we don't want you to miss out!).
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel after 2pm on the day prior to your arrival.
• Multiple voucher purchases permitted; max of 4 vouchers member.
• Multiple vouchers can be used on multiple nights; subject to availability.
• Check-in 2pm, late check-out 12 noon.
• Double or twin standard rooms available.
• Upgrades may be available at an additional cost which would be payable directly to the hotel. Price and availability can be confirmed at time of booking.
• Children are permitted; children under 12 years of age can be accommodated in a family room for £15 per child B&B (if paying child supplement, you do not need to pay a room upgrade supplement). Max of 2 children in a family room when sharing with 2 adults.
• Pets are permitted; £5 per pet per night. Max of 2 pets.
• Free onsite parking.
• Includes an arrival drink at the bar choosing from a glass of wine, pint of beer or spirit & mixer.  
• Includes 15% discount on pre-booked hair & beauty treatments (excluding Energist Ultra Variable Pulse Light) – please call 01463 718 162 or visit the spa's website.
• Advance booking required. The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.
• Vouchers must be printed for redemption; please print your voucher and bring along with you to avoid disappointment.
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
