• Voucher is valid from Fri 1 Oct 2021 until Tue 30 Nov 2021, Tue 10am - 4pm, Wed 12noon - 8.30pm, Thu 12noon - 5pm, Fri 9am - 6pm and Sat 9am - 5pm; subject to availability and possible changes or restrictions to opening times based on Covid guidelines.
• Excludes Sun - Mon.
• Please note, there is limited availability Thu - Sat.
• Voucher must be booked by Tue 16 Nov 2021 (we don’t want you to miss out!).
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 48 hours of your booking.
• Multiple voucher purchases permitted.
• Groups cannot be booked and receive treatment at the same time.
• Valid for appointments with Oana and Sophie only. Please note Sophie is available Wed & Sat only.
• Voucher is not valid for existing bookings.
• Does not include restyles. Cuts requiring more than 3 inches off is classed as a restyle and will be an extra charge.
• Please discuss any health concerns directly with salon.
• Members can upgrade to colour options and conditioning treatments upon prior discussion with salon.
• Duration approx 1hr.
• Treatments cannot be substituted for other treatments.
• No wheelchair access available.
• Advance booking required.
• The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.
• You can use your paperless voucher from your itison account on any mobile device. Printed vouchers are also accepted. 
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
