• Voucher is valid from Tue 15th Oct 2013 until Fri 31st Jan 2014 (excludes 17th Dec 2013- 1st Jan 2014 inclusive), Tue-Fri 9am-7pm, Sat 9am-5.30pm; subject to availability.
• Multiple voucher purchases permitted.
• Suitable for 16 years+.
• Advanced booking required. Bookings should be made at least 24 hours in advance of your preferred date. Bookings can be made from Tue 15th Oct 2013.
• Deal applies to stated appointment only. Appointments will be taken by a senior stylist.
• Appointments for a cut & blow dry only will last 45-60mins.
• Appointments for a half head of highlights, cut, blow dry & conditioning treatment will last 2-3 hours depending on length and thickness of hair. Colour appointments are not suitable for pregnant members or those suffering from cancer or in remission.
• Members with a colour voucher may upgrade to a full head of highlights for a supplement of £10. Please advise at time of booking and pay this directly to the salon.
• Itison members are entitled to 30% off all beauty and hair treatments if booked in on the day of your hair appointment. Please advise at time of booking and pay supplements directly to the salon.
• Members with any health concerns should discuss these directly with the salon.
• Group bookings are permitted with a maximum of 3 people per group; subject to availability
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 24 hours of your appointment.
• Vouchers must be surrendered for redemption; please print your voucher and bring along with you to avoid disappointment.
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
