• Voucher is valid until Sat 5 Nov 2016, Mon – Wed 9.30am – 5.30pm, Thur 9am – 8pm, Fri 9am – 6.30pm and Sat 9am – 4.30pm; subject to availability.
• Excludes Sunday, salon closed.
• Advanced booking required. Voucher must be booked by Fri 14 Oct 2016 (we don’t want you to miss out!).
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 24 hours of your booking.
• Sorry, multiple purchases not permitted; one voucher can be purchased and redeemed per person.
• Option 1: suitable for all ages.
• Option 2 including colour is valid for over 16’s only.
• Groups cannot be booked and receive treatment at the same time.
• Suitable during pregnancy/breastfeeding.
• Colour option is not suitable for cancer sufferers/those in remission.
• Please contact the salon direct with any health concerns. 
• Option 1: treatment duration: approx. 45 – 60 min.
• Option 2: treatment duration: approx. 2.5 hrs.
• Deal is valid for stylist and senior stylist. Not valid with Danielle Carr.
• Upgrades are available for a supplementary charge: full head highlights £20, conditioning treatment £15 or toners £17; payable directly to salon.
• Treatments cannot be substituted for other treatments.
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.
• Vouchers must be printed for redemption. Please print your voucher and bring along with you to avoid disappointment.
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
