• Voucher is valid until 25th Aug 2015, Mon-Wed 9.30pm-6pm, Thirs 9.30am-8pm, Fri 9.30am-7pm, Sat 9.30am-5pm; subject to availability.
• Vouchers must be booked by 1st Aug 2015 or you risk forfeiting your voucher. 
• Multiple voucher purchases permitted.
• Over 16's only. 
• Other than glycolic facial, all other facials are suitable for those who are pregnant, breastfeeding, suffering from cancer or those in remission. Please discuss any further queries with Lucia's Beauty Room at time of booking. 
• Sorry, group bookings are not permitted. 
• Treatment will take approx 60mins. 
• Advanced booking required. The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 24 hours of your appointment. 
• Vouchers must be surrendered for redemption; please print your voucher and bring along with you to avoid disappointment.
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
