• Voucher is valid from Fri 1 Dec 2023 until Sun 31 Mar 2024, 7 days 12noon - 4pm; subject to availability.
• Excludes 25 Dec 2023 and 1 Jan 2024.
• Voucher must be booked by Thu 15 Feb 2024 (we don’t want you to miss out!). 
• Email bookings only.
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 48 hours of your booking.
• Multiple voucher purchases permitted.
• Includes afternoon tea; menu subject to change. Vegetarian, vegan, gluten / wheat free options are available. Please advise restaurant at time of booking.
• Option 2: Includes a glass of Prosecco each; alcohol can be substituted for soft drinks.
• Wheelchair access available.
• Parking is available nearby.
• Advanced booking required or risk forfeiting your voucher.
• The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.
• You can use your paperless voucher from your itison account on any mobile device. Printed vouchers are also accepted.
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
