• Voucher is valid until Sun 30 Apr 2023, 7 days; subject to availability.
• Treatments can be booked Mon-Thu 9am - 9pm (last booking 8pm) and Fri-Sat 8am - 8pm (last booking 7pm), Afternoon tea is served 12noon-4pm.
• A supplementary charge of £10pp is required for Fri-Sun bookings.
• Voucher must be booked by Fri 31 Mar 2023 (we don’t want you to miss out!). 
• Email bookings only.
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 48 hours of your booking.
• Multiple voucher purchases permitted.
• Includes a 25 min back, neck and shoulder massage and 25 min facial.
• Treatments cannot be substituted for other treatments.
• Groups can be booked and receive treatment at the same time. Max of 5 per group; subject to availability.
• Please discuss any health concerns or suitability during pregnancy/breastfeeding or for cancer sufferers/those in remission directly with spa.
• Please note some treatments may need to be adapted and a doctor’s note will be required for specific conditions.
• Includes 2hrs access to the spa facilities.
• Afternoon tea only; subject to change. Includes a glass of Prosecco; alcohol can be substituted for soft drinks. Vegetarian, vegan, gluten / wheat free options are available. Please advise restaurant at time of booking.

• The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.
• You can use your paperless voucher from your itison account on any mobile device. Printed vouchers are also accepted.
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
