• Voucher is valid for one tour from 1st Feb 2014 until 7th June 2014; subject to availability.
• Tours start at 10.30am and deal is valid on the following dates: 1st, 8th, 15th, 22nd Feb. 1st, 8th, 15th, 22nd, 29th March. 5th & 26th April. 3rd, 17th, 24th, 31st May, 7th June 2014.
• Bookings must be made by 31st March 2014 or you risk forfeiting your voucher.
• Recommended for over 12s only.
• Tour routes are subject to change and availability.
• Duration of tour: 90mins.
• Multiple purchases permitted.
• Unsuitable for those with walking difficulties as there are many stairs included in the tour.
• Max of 50 people per tour.
• Advanced booking required. The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.
• Tickets cannot be refunded or exchanged unless the tour is cancelled.
• Tickets are non-transferable.
• Vouchers must be exchanged for your ticket on arrival; please print your voucher and bring with you to avoid disappointment.
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
• Voucher must be surrendered to receive your experience.
• Whilst the Playhouse aims to show all areas referenced on a tour this may be subject to last minute changes.
