Small print

• Voucher is valid from Thu 28 Oct 2021 until Wed 10 Nov 2021, Mon - Thu, 4pm - 9:30pm and Fri - Sun, 12noon - 9:30pm; subject to availability and possible changes or restrictions to opening times based on Covid guidelines. 
• Voucher must be booked by Wed 10 Nov 2021 (we don’t want you to miss out!). 
• Online bookings only.
• Once booked, the voucher is non-changeable or refundable unless event is cancelled.
• Multiple purchases permitted.
• Duration: approx. 1 hr. 
• Suitable for ages 12+. Under 16s must be accompanied by an adult; parental discretion is advised. Caution is advised if you are easily spooked. 
• Not recommended for those who are pregnant, have heart problems, back or spinal injuries or knee problems.
• Comfortable clothes and shoes that allow you to move about easily are recommended. No skirts, kilts or dresses permitted as some crawling is involved.
• No wheelchair access available. 
• Advanced booking required or risk forfeiting your voucher.  
• The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date. 
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment. 
• You can use your paperless voucher from your itison account on any mobile device. Printed vouchers are also accepted. 
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
