• Voucher is valid until 30th Sept 2015, 7 days; subject to availability.
• Screening times can vary and can be checked online. 
• Multiple voucher purchases permitted.
• Wheelchair accessible. Limited screenings are available with subtitles, audio description and hearing loops. Full details can be found online. 
• Age restrictions apply to specific films, all children under the age of 12 must be accompanied by an adult. It is Filmhouse policy not to let in any children under the age of three to any screenings with the exception of Filmhouse Junior screenings and for Crying Out Loud. Further details can be found online. 
• Seating is unreserved and allocated on a first come, first served basis. If you require seats together, please arrive in plenty of time. Cinema screens will open 15 mins prior to the start of each screening. 
• £2 supplement for 3D films, please pay direct to Filmhouse.
• Voucher cannot be used for following events: Blind Cinema, Write Shoot Cut, The Adventures of Prince Achmed with live score by SINK, The Guardian Edinburgh International TV Festival. 
• Advanced booking required. Please book at least 24 hours in advance of your preferred film screening. The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.
• Bookings cannot be made via telephone. 
• Both tickets must be  used in the same screening and cannot be split. 
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 24 hours of your reservation. 
• Vouchers must be surrendered for redemption; please print your voucher and bring along with you to avoid disappointment.
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
