• Voucher is valid from Mon 8 Aug 2016 until Fri 4 Nov 2016, Mon – Fri 9am – 5pm; subject to availability.
• Excludes Saturday and Sunday.
• Advanced booking required. Voucher must be booked by Tue 4 Oct 2016 (we don’t want you to miss out!).
• You will forfeit your voucher if you cancel within 48 hours of your booking; without 48hr notice voucher is invalid.
• Multiple voucher purchases permitted. 
• Over 18’s only.
• Groups can be booked and receive assessment at the same time; please note members will be seen one after the other and there will be a wait whilst the first person is seen.
• Assessment is not suitable during pregnancy/breastfeeding and not suitable for those with a pacemaker.
• During the booking process a medical history will be obtained to ensure the GP and radiologist are aware of your specific symptoms so scans / assessments can be tailored to your personal situation.
• If you are looking for a specific result, please contact The Edinburgh Clinic directly to discuss prior to purchase.
• An MRI scan is taken and supplementary laboratory tests will be carried out to give the most accurate analysis of your body.
• Duration: approx. 2 – 3 hrs.
• Over 800 images will be taken, examined afterwards by a radiographer.
• Blood tests include: full blood count, kidney, liver, diabetes check, cholesterol.
• Blood results will be discussed during either a personal or telephone consultation with the GP within 48 hours if there’s something unusual in the results.
• Members receive a full report of results (inc CD Rom of MRI images) within a max of 10 days and can be taken to own private / NHS doctor.
• Assessment is private GP lead, and scans are reported by a radiographer.
• No side effects to the assessment, uses safe MRI, no harmful CT radiation.
• In the event of the scan flagging concerns, members are talked through findings on a call with GP and have the full report sent to them. A follow up consultation is offered at a charge of £130pp, but findings can be taken to an NHS GP for further discussion / treatment as required.
• Includes chaperoning by a member of staff / coordinator throughout the day, at all times if required.
• Members can upgrade to include a DEXA scan for £175; payable directly to clinic.
• Assessment cannot be substituted for other treatments.
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.
• Vouchers must be printed for redemption; please print your voucher and bring along with you to avoid disappointment.
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
