Small print

• Voucher is valid from 6th Nov 2013 until 14th Feb 2014 (excludes 25th Oct-3rd Nov 2013, 25th-26th & 31st Dec 2013-1st Jan 2014), Wed, Thur & Sun tours begin at 7.30pm, Fri & Sat tours begin at 7.30pm & 9pm ; subject to availability.
• Multiple voucher purchases permitted.
• Tour lasts approx 1 hour.
• Bus is not wheelchair accessible.
• Bus leaves from Waverley Bridge. Please arrive 15 mins before the bus departs.
• Children welcome but must be accompanied by an adult. Under 5s may join the tour for free if they sit on their parents lap for the duration of the tour.
• Advanced booking required. Please book at least 24 hours in advance of your preferred tour. Online bookings only. Please see your voucher for further details.
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 24 hours of your booking.
• Vouchers must be surrendered for redemption; please print your voucher and bring along with you to avoid disappointment.
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
