Small print

• Voucher is valid until Sun 20 Dec 2020, 7 days 10am-9pm; subject to availability.
• A supplementary charge of £10pp is required for Sat - Sun visits; payable directly to the spa.
• Voucher must be booked by Fri 4 Dec 2020 (we don’t want you to miss out!). 
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 48 hours of your booking.
• Multiple voucher purchases permitted.
• Over 16s only. 
• Groups can be booked and receive treatment at the same time. Max of 2 per group; subject to availability.
• Treatment is suitable during pregnancy/breastfeeding and for cancer sufferers/those in remission with a doctors note of approval.
• Please note some treatments may need to be adapted and a doctor’s note will be required for specific conditions. including severe heart conditions.
• Please discuss any health concerns directly with spa.
• Option 1: Treatment duration: approx. 50 minutes.
• Options 2 & 3: Treatment duration: approx. 90 minutes.
• Includes a glass of Prosecco each; alcohol cannot be replaced with a soft drink.
• Includes 1 hour use of the facilities. Time slot must be arranged at time of booking.
• Treatments cannot be substituted for other treatments.
• No wheelchair access available.
• Advanced booking required or risk forfeiting your voucher.
• The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.
• Vouchers can be presented on mobile phone or printed for redemption; please show your voucher on arrival to avoid disappointment.
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
