- Voucher is valid from Wed 24 Apr until Sat 20 Jul 2024, Wed-Thu 9:30am - 7.30pm and Sat 9am - 4.30pm; subject to availability.
- Excludes Mon-Tue, Fri & Sun.
- Voucher must be booked by Fri 5 Jul 2024 (we don’t want you to miss out!).

- You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 24 hours of your booking.

- Option 2: Treatment duration: approx. 1 hour - 1 hr 15 mins.
- Option 3: Treatment duration: approx. 2 hours - 2 hours 30 mins. Patch test required.
- Treatments cannot be substituted for other treatments.
- No wheelchair access available.
- Advanced booking required or risk forfeiting your voucher.
- The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.
- The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.

Carole was very friendly and listened to what I needed done to my hair. Her knowledge was excellent and she gave me good tips on how to manage my hair going forward. Great hair cut, the best I have had for a while. Very chatty and relaxed. It was a lovely experience. I don't spend a lot of time styling my hair so Carole gave me a low maintenance cut. I'm very happy and will be back. Highly recommend this team. Thanks again

I love it in Concrete Rose. It’s just buzzing with atmosphere. All the staff clearly work well together and are a real team of friends. Bet they have great nights out together. My hairdresser Jennifer is amazing. She is funny, confident and a fabulous hair dresser. And she has a cat called James! She is beyond cool. I love getting my hair cut and styled here. And I am already planning my next visit with my daughter. We traditionally get appointments one after another. We leave feeling fabulous.
