Small print

• Voucher is valid from Sat 1 Apr 2023 until Fri 30 Jun 2023, Tue 10am - 4pm, Wed-Thu 9:30am - 8:30pm, Fri 9am - 6pm & Sat 8am - 5pm; subject to availability.
• Excludes Sun - Mon.
• Voucher must be booked by Fri 16 Jun 2023 (we don’t want you to miss out!).
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 48 hours of your booking.
• Multiple voucher purchases permitted.
• Groups cannot be booked and receive treatment at the same time.
• Voucher is not valid for existing bookings.
• Voucher is valid with Jola only.
• Cut approx 45mins, cut & treatment approx 1hr 15mins, T-bar & cut approx 2hrs 15mins and half head & cut approx 2.5hrs
• Does not include restyles. Cuts requiring more than 3 inches off is classed as a restyle and will be an extra charge.
• Please discuss any health concerns directly with salon.
• Members can upgrade to Wella plex & toners upon prior discussion with salon.
• Treatments cannot be substituted for other treatments.
• No wheelchair access available.
• Advance booking required.
• The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.
• You can use your paperless voucher from your itison account on any mobile device. Printed vouchers are also accepted. 
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
