• Voucher is valid until Wed 30 Nov 2016, 7 days; subject to availability.
• Excludes 12, 14, 19, 21 - 22, 30 Sept and 7 – 8 Oct 2016.
• Please note a £20 supplement is required for Saturday stays in Sept and Oct; payable directly to hotel.
• Advance booking required. Voucher must be booked by Mon 31 Oct 2016 (we don’t want you to miss out!)
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel after 2pm prior to your arrival.
• Multiple voucher purchases permitted. Multiple vouchers can be used on consecutive nights.
• Check in 3pm, check out 11am.
• King or twin standard room available.
• Rooms can be upgraded for a supplementary charge: family (double & single bed) £15, double double (2 x double beds) £20 or large family (2 x doubles and 1 x single) £25; payable directly to hotel.
• Stay can be extended by a night for a supplementary charge; please discuss directly with hotel.
• Dinner is 2 courses from set menu; menu is subject to change.
• Includes a bottle of wine in room on arrival; please advise red or white wine when booking.
• Free onsite parking available.
• Children permitted; children are classed as age 12 and under, family rooms are available for a supplementary charge for families of 3, 4 or 5; payable directly to hotel. Max of 3 children.
• Dogs are permitted at a supplementary charge of £15 per pet per night; payable directly to hotel. Max of 2 dogs.
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.
• Vouchers must be printed for redemption; please print your voucher and bring along with you to avoid disappointment.
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
