• Voucher is valid from Tue 1 Oct 2019 until Mon 30 Dec 2019, 7 days; subject to availability.
• Excludes 4 – 5 Oct and 25 Dec 2019.
• Advance booking required. Voucher must be booked by Tue 3 Dec 2019 (we don’t want you to miss out!).
• Once booked with hotel, the voucher is non-changeable or refundable.
• Multiple voucher purchases permitted. Multiple vouchers can be used on consecutive nights; subject to availability.
• Check-in 12noon, check-out 2pm.
• Standard double or twin room available.
• Stay can be extended by a night for a supplementary charge; please discuss directly with hotel. 
• Afternoon tea is served on the day of arrival from 2pm – 4.30pm. Menu is subject to change. Vegetarian and gluten / wheat free options are available. Please advise at time of booking.
• Free onsite parking available.
• Children permitted; children up to age of 12 years. Can accommodate up to 2 adults and 1 child in a room. Children under 12 stay for free including breakfast. Family rooms require a supplementary charge of £50 and can accommodate 2 adults and 2 children; payable directly to the hotel at the time of booking.
• No pets permitted.
• Wheelchair access available.
• The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.
• Vouchers must be printed for redemption; please print your voucher and bring along with you to avoid disappointment.
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
