• Voucher is valid from Wed 12 Apr 2023 until Sat 29 Jul 2023, Wed 9.30am - 2.30pm, Fri 9.30am - 4pm and Sat 10am - 4pm; subject to availability.
• Excludes Sun - Tue and Thu. Please note there is limited availability on Saturdays.
• Voucher must be booked by Fri 14 July 2023 (we don’t want you to miss out!). 
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 72 hours of your booking. 
• Multiple voucher purchases permitted.
• Groups cannot be booked and receive treatment at the same time.
• Treatment is not suitable during pregnancy/breastfeeding or for cancer sufferers/those in remission.
• Please discuss any health concerns directly with salon.
• Treatment duration: approx 1hr 30 mins.
• Please note there is a £10 supplement for long hair, please discuss directly with salon.
• Treatments cannot be substituted for other treatments.
• Please note that offer is for new clients only; not valid for any existing appointments or with any loyalty offers.
• No wheelchair access available. 
• Advanced booking required or risk forfeiting your voucher.  
• The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date. 
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment. 
• You can use your paperless voucher from your itison account on any mobile device. Printed vouchers are also accepted. 
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
