• Voucher is valid from Mon 30 Oct 2023 until Sun 31 Mar 2024, 7 days 9am-8pm; subject to availability.
• Excludes 24 - 26 Dec 2023 & 1 Jan 2024. Please note opening times vary over the festive period.
• Voucher must be booked by Fri 15 Mar 2024 (we don’t want you to miss out!). 
• Online bookings only.
• Voucher cannot be cancelled once booked.
• Multiple voucher purchases permitted.
• Over 18s only. 
• Groups can be booked and receive treatment at the same time. Max of 6 per group; subject to availability.
• Please note some treatments may need to be adapted and a doctor’s note will be required for specific conditions. 
• Please discuss any health concerns directly with salon / spa.
• Includes 1x20 OR 1x50 (can be taken as 2x20) minute treatment each from salt stone massage, full body scrub, facial or back, neck and shoulder massage. Duration including collection from the waiting area, a consultation and undress/redress time (where applicable): approx 30 OR 60 mins.
• Treatments cannot be substituted for other treatments. 
• Cream tea options: Includes a choice or sweet or savoury scone and hot drink each plus a Divine eye mask to take home. Available at Newcraighall Road location only.
• Bannatyne operates a cashless payment system, so please bring a debit/credit card or contactless payment device to make any purchases on the day
• Spa robes, towels & footwear are available to hire.
• No wheelchair access available. 
• Advanced booking required or risk forfeiting your voucher.  
• The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date. 
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment. 
• You can use your paperless voucher from your itison account on any mobile device. Printed vouchers are also accepted. 
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
