• Voucher is valid from Sat 1 Dec 2018 until Sun 31 Mar 2019, 7 days; subject to availability.
• Excludes 24 - 26, 30, 31 Dec 2018, 1 Jan & 9, 14, 16 Feb 2019.
• A supplementary charge is required per stay for the following stays: Friday £10 and Saturday £40; payable directly to hotel.
• Advance booking required. Voucher must be booked by Fri 8 Mar 2019 (we don’t want you to miss out!).
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 48 hours of your booking.
• Multiple voucher purchases permitted; multiple vouchers cannot be used on consecutive nights.
• Check-in 3pm, check-out 11am.
• Classic double or twin room available. 
• Rooms can be upgraded to an executive room for a supplementary charge of £20 per room per night; payable directly to hotel.
• Stay can be extended by a night for a supplementary charge; please discuss directly with hotel.
• Includes a £25 dinner allowance for Rafters Bar & Bistro or Garden Restaurant; menu is subject to change. Vegetarian, gluten / wheat free options are available; please advise hotel at time of booking. Option 2 dinner is on the first night only.
• Rafters Bistro has seasonal opening hours and may not be available during your stay; please discuss directly with the hotel.
• Breakfast is a choice of continental or cooked.
• Includes access to the leisure club and pool plus 20% off any pre-booked spa treatments booked 48 hrs prior to arrival.
• Free onsite parking available.
• Max of 2 child permitted; children aged up to 12 stay free of charge including breakfast only. Dinner charged as taken; payable directly to the hotel.
• Max of 1 dog permitted at a supplementary charge of £10; payable directly to hotel. Dogs must be kept on a leash whilst entering and exiting the hotel and in the lounges and are not permitted in either of the restaurants. Dogs must be removed from rooms to allow housekeeping access.
• Wheelchair access available.
• The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment. 
• Vouchers can be presented on mobile device or printed for redemption; please show your voucher on arrival.
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
