• Voucher is valid from Fri 23 Oct 2020 until Wed 30 Jun 2021, 7 days; subject to availability.
• Excludes 24 - 25, 30 - 31 Dec 2020, 1 Jan - 14 Feb, 3-4 Apr, 1-2, 29-30 May and 11 - 14 Jun 2021.
• Voucher must be booked by Fri 28 May 2021 (we don’t want you to miss out!). 
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 48 hours of your booking.
• Multiple voucher purchases permitted.
• Multiple vouchers cannot be used on consecutive nights. 
• Check-in 3pm, check-out 11am.
• Stay in a standard double or twin room.
• Rooms can be upgraded and stay extended for a supplementary charge per room per night: superior - £20, suite - £45; please discuss directly with hotel.
• Includes a 2 course dinner from the set menu; subject to change. Vegetarian, vegan, Halal, gluten / wheat and dairy free options are available. Please advise hotel when booking. Max of 3 vouchers per table. Table required back after 1 hour 30 minutes.
• Includes a bottle of Prosecco in the room on arrival; alcohol cannot be replaced with a soft drink.
• No children permitted.
• No pets permitted. Service dogs are welcome; please discuss directly with hotel.

• Advance booking required. 
• The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.
• Vouchers must be printed for redemption; please print your voucher and bring along with you to avoid disappointment.
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
