Small print

• Voucher is valid until Tue 20 Dec 2022, Mon 9.30am - 5.30pm, Tue 9am - 7pm, Thu 2pm - 7pm and Fri 9.30am - 6pm; subject to availability.
• Excludes Wed and Sat - Sun.
• Voucher must be booked by Fri 9 Dec 2022 (we don’t want you to miss out!).
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 24 hours of your booking.
• Multiple voucher purchases not permitted.
• Over 18s only. 
• Groups cannot be booked and receive treatment at the same time.
• Treatment is suitable during pregnancy/breastfeeding and for cancer sufferers/those in remission.
• Please note some treatments may need to be adapted and a doctor’s note will be required for specific conditions. Please discuss any health concerns directly with the clinic.
• 1st treatment duration: approx. 60mins inc consultation. 2nd treatment duration: approx. 20mins.
• Treatments cannot be substituted for other treatments. 
• Wheelchair access available.
• Advanced booking required or risk forfeiting your voucher.
• The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.
• You can use your paperless voucher from your itison account on any mobile device. Printed vouchers are also accepted.
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
