Small print

• Voucher is valid from Wed 3 Jan 2018 until Thur 29 Mar 2018, 7 days; subject to availability.
• Advance booking required. Voucher must be booked by Thur 1 Mar 2018 (we don’t want you to miss out!).
• Online bookings only.
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 72 hours of your booking.  
• Multiple voucher purchases permitted; max of 2 per person. Multiple vouchers can be used on consecutive nights; subject to availability. 
• Check-in 3pm, check-out 11am.
• Standard double or twin room available.
• Stay can be extended by a night for a supplementary charge; please discuss directly with hotel.
• Option 2 and 3 includes afternoon tea or a bottle of Prosecco to share; alcohol cannot be substituted for a soft drink. Vegetarian options are available; please advise hotel at time of booking.
• Max of 1 child permitted; z bed can be provided for a supplementary charge of £10 per stay and an additional £3 for breakfast each morning; please discuss at time of booking.
• No pets permitted.
• Limited wheelchair access available; please discuss at the time of booking.
• The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment. 
• Vouchers must be printed for redemption; please print your voucher and bring along with you to avoid disappointment. 
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
