• Voucher is valid from Thu 23 Feb, 2017 until Sat 22 Apr, 2017, Mon-Wed 9am - 6pm, Thur 9am - 8:30pm, Fri 9am - 6pm, Sat 9am - 4:30pm; subject to availability.
• Excludes Sundays (closed). 
• Advanced booking required. Book by Fri 14 April 2017 or you risk forfeiting your voucher. 
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 24 hours of your appointment.
• Sorry group bookings are not permitted. 
• Multiple purchases are not permitted. Max of one voucher per member. 
• Suitable for all ages.
• Valid for selected senior stylists only.
• Patch test required for highlights; should be carried out at least 48 hours before and up to 3 weeks before your appointment.
• Option including highlights: members can upgrade to a Half Head of highlights for a supp charge of £15 or to a Full Head of highlights for a supp charge of £30.
• Voucher is not valid for existing pre-booked appointments nor with any existing loyalty offers.
• Suitable during pregnancy and breastfeeding and for those suffering from cancer or in remission.
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.
• Vouchers must be surrendered for redemption; please print your voucher and bring along with you to avoid disappointment.
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
