• Voucher is valid from 1st May until 31st July 2015, Sun-Fri; subject to availability.
• Vouchers must be booked by 15th June 2015 or you risk forfeiting your voucher. 
• £20 supplement for Fri stay, please discuss and pay directly to Merchiston Residence. 
• Multiple voucher purchases permitted.
• Sorry, pets are not permitted. 
• Children permitted; no supplementary charge, included in the total headcount of the apartment. 
• Check in 2pm, late check out 12noon. 
• Metered on-street parking is available. 
• Bottle of wine is either red, white or rose. Please discuss with Merchiston Residence at time of booking. 
• Standard one bedroom apartment sleeps up to four people; double room and sofa bed available, please discuss with Merchiston Residence at time of booking. Members may also be able to upgrade to a larger apartment for an additional £35 per night. 
• Multiple vouchers can be used for consecutive night stays and stays may also be extended for an additional charge. Please discuss with Merchiston Residence at time of booking. 
• Advanced booking required. The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 48 hours of your reservation. 
• Vouchers must be surrendered for redemption; please print your voucher and bring along with you to avoid disappointment.
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
