Small print

• Voucher is valid from 7th Jan until 2nd May, Tues-Wed & Fri-Sat 9.30am-4.45pm, Thur 11am-6.45pm (last appointment times); subject to availability.
• Vouchers must be booked by 2nd April 2015 or you risk forfeiting your voucher. 
• One voucher can be redeemed per member; multiple vouchers can be purchased as gifts only.
• Suitable for 16 years +.
• Not suitable for those who are in the first 12 weeks of pregnancy, those who suffer from cancer or are in remission, those suffering from open cuts on their face, eczema, epilepsy, those fitted with a pacemaker, metal pins, skull plates, taking vitamin A or those under doctor supervision for medication. Please discuss any health concerns directly.
• Group bookings are not permitted.
• Minimum of 24 hours advanced booking required.
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 24 hours of your booking.
• Members should note that the redemption period will not be extended and bookings must be made by the book by date. 
• Vouchers must be surrendered for redemption; please print your voucher and bring along with you to avoid disappointment.
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
