• Voucher is valid from 4 Jan until 15 Apr 2016; subject to availability.
• Excludes Sat and match days.
• Vouchers must be booked by 10 Apr 2016 or you risk forfeiting your voucher.
• Bookings can be made from 16 Nov.
• Valid for Mon – Fri: 11.30am, 12.30pm, 2.30pm and Sun: 10.30am, 11.30am, 12.30pm ,1.30pm, 2.30pm.
• Family ticket is for two adults and two children.
• Multiple voucher purchases permitted.
• Duration approx 90 mins.
• Not recommended for under 5 years old.
• For group bookings over 15, separate tours may be put on, subject to availability. 
• Meet at Milburn reception and take the lift to level 2, the tours manager will book you in. Please bring your ITISON voucher with you.
• St James park is a working environment it may occur due stadium operations that routes and times may be changed.
• Advanced booking required. The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 72 hours of your booking.
• Vouchers must be surrendered for redemption; please print your voucher and bring along with you to avoid disappointment.
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
