Small print

• Voucher is valid from Mon 12 Jun until Sat 30 Sep 2023, 7 days; ninja sessions are available 10am - 5pm, ninja master sessions are available 10am - 6pm; subject to availability.
• Voucher must be booked by Fri 15 Sep 2023 (we don’t want you to miss out!).
• Online bookings only; you risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 48 hours of your booking.
• Multiple voucher purchases permitted.
• Ninja sessions are suitable for ages 4+. 4-8 year olds must have a participating adult present (13yrs+); ratio 1 adult to 3 children. 9-12 year olds must have an adult present and watching.
• Not valid on ninja masters or SENS sessions.
• Duration approx. 1 hour.
• Max of 10 people per session,
• Must be over 1m tall to use the Air Bag.
• Anti bacterial socks are required; these can be purchased for £2 - £2.50; payable directly. Shoes are required to combat the obstacle course.
• Limited wheelchair access available.
• Advanced booking required or risk forfeiting your voucher.
• The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.
• You can use your paperless voucher from your itison account on any mobile device. Printed vouchers are also accepted. 
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
