• Voucher is valid from Mon 23 Oct 2023 until Sun 31 Mar 2024, 7 days, 10am - 5pm; subject to availability. 
• Please note session times may vary. To view exact availability please view the booking calendar.
• Excludes 23 Dec 2023 - 6 Jan 2024.
• Voucher must be booked by Fri 15 Mar 2024 (we don’t want you to miss out!). 
• Online bookings only.
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 48 hours of your booking. 
• Multiple voucher purchases permitted
• Suitable for ages 4+. 4-8 year olds must have a participating adult present; 1 adult to max 3 children. 9-12 year olds must have an adult present and watching.
• Duration approx. 1 hrs 
• Max of 10 people per session.
• Anti-bacterial socks are required - these can be purchased for £2 - £2.50; payable directly. Shoes are required to combat the obstacle course.
• Limited wheelchair access available. 
• Advanced booking required or risk forfeiting your voucher.  
• The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date. 
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment. 
• You can use your paperless voucher from your itison account on any mobile device. Printed vouchers are also accepted. 
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
