• Voucher is valid until 30th Oct 2015, Mon-Fri 11am-6pm; subject to availability.
• Vouchers must be booked by 1st Oct 2015 or you risk forfeiting your voucher. 
• Multiple voucher purchases permitted; max of 5 vouchers.
• Group bookings permitted; max of 5 vouchers (10 people). 
• Vegetarian, gluten and wheat free alternatives are available. Please advise Norton House Hotel & Spa at time of booking. 
• 125ml glass of bubbly can be substituted for a soft drink. 
• Wheelchair accessible. 
• Children permitted; children's afternoon tea available for £9.75 per person.
• Afternoon tea menu is subject to change and availability. 
• Advanced booking required. The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 48 hours of your reservation. 
• Vouchers must be surrendered for redemption; please print your voucher and bring along with you to avoid disappointment.
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
