• Voucher is valid until 19th April, Mon-Fri 10am-5pm; subject to availability.
• Vouchers must be booked by 5th April 2016 or you risk forfeiting your voucher. 
• Voucher excludes 16th-19th Feb, 25th-28th Mar 2016.
• Multiple voucher purchases permitted; max of 4 vouchers per member. 
• Over 17's only. 
• All treatments other than the full body scrub are suitable for those who are currently pregnant (13 weeks plus) or breastfeeding. Those suffering from cancer or those in remission will require a doctor's note. Please discuss any further health queries with Norton House Hotel & Spa direct. 
• Group bookings permitted; subject to availability. 
• Treatments are suitable for male and female members.
• Cream tea for two with delicious plain and fruit scones to choose from with clotted cream and home-made preserves plus a glass of Champagne each.
• Cream tea is suitable for vegetarian, gluten and wheat free diets. Please discuss with Norton House Hotel & Spa at time of booking. Cream tea contents are subject to change and availability. 
• Glass of bubbly can be substituted for a soft drink. 
• 20% off any additional treatments on the day – extra treatments can be pre-booked at time of booking.
• Advanced booking required. The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 7 days of your reservation. 
• Vouchers must be surrendered for redemption; please print your voucher and bring along with you to avoid disappointment.
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
