• Voucher is valid from Thur 5 Mar 2020 until Wed 30 Jun 2021, valid 7 days 8am - 9pm; subject to availability.
• Advance booking required. Voucher must be booked by Fri 4 Jun 2021 (we don’t want you to miss out!).
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 24 hours of your booking.
• Multiple voucher purchases permitted; max of 2 per person.
• Over 16s only.  
• Groups can be booked and receive treatment at the same time. Max of 4 per group; subject to availability.
• Facial is not suitable during the first 3 months of pregnancy.
• Treatment is suitable for cancer sufferers/those in remission.
• Please note some treatments may need to be adapted and a doctor’s note will be required for specific conditions.
• Please discuss any health concerns directly with salon.
• Option 1: Treatment duration approx 1hr.
• Option 2 & 3: Treatment duration approx 1hr 15mins.
• Treatments cannot be substituted for other treatments.
• Wheelchair access available.
• The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.
• Vouchers can be presented on mobile phone or printed for redemption; please show your voucher on arrival to avoid disappointment.
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
