• Voucher is valid until Tue 19 Sep 2023, Mon & Thu 10am - 10.30pm, Tue - Wed 7am - 10.30pm, Fri 10am - 7.15pm, Sat 10am - 6.15pm and Sun 10am - 8.15pm; subject to availability.
• Voucher must be booked by Tue 5 Sep 2023 (we don’t want you to miss out!). 
• Telephone or email bookings only.
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 48 hours of your booking. 
• Multiple voucher purchases permitted.
• Over 16s only. 
• Groups cannot be booked and receive treatment at the same time.
• Ayurvedic Abhyanga and aromatherapy massage are not suitable during pregnancy/breastfeeding. 
• Treatment is suitable for cancer sufferers/those in remission. 
• Please note some treatments may need to be adapted and a doctor’s note will be required for specific conditions. 
• Please discuss any health concerns directly with the venue.
• Treatment duration: approx. 1hr.
• Treatments cannot be substituted for other treatments.
• No wheelchair access available.
• Advanced booking required or risk forfeiting your voucher.
• The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.
• You can use your paperless voucher from your itison account on any mobile device. Printed vouchers are also accepted.
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
