• Voucher is valid from Mon 22 Jan 2018 until Fri 30 Mar 2018, 7 days, 10am – 5pm; subject to availability.
• Excludes 9 – 18 Feb 2018.
• A supplementary charge of £5 per person is required for Saturday bookings; payable directly to spa.
• Advance booking required. Voucher must be booked by Wed 28 Feb 2018 (we don’t want you to miss out!) 
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 7 days of your booking.
• Multiple voucher purchases permitted; max of 4 per person.
• Over 18’s only.
• Groups cannot be booked and receive treatment at the same time.
• Face and body treatments are suitable during pregnancy if over 12 weeks.
• Treatment is suitable for cancer sufferers/those in remission. 
• Please note some health restrictions may apply; please discuss directly with spa.
• Treatment duration: 25 mins.
• Includes full use of leisure facilities; gym and swimming pool and includes use of robes and towels.
• Flip flops can be purchases on arrival; payable directly to spa.
• Includes cream tea and 125ml glass of Prosecco; menu can be viewed here and is subject to change. Alcohol can be substituted for a soft drink.
• Treatments cannot be substituted for other treatments.
• Includes 20% off any additional treatments on the day and 10% off retail purchases; treatments can be pre-booked at time of booking.
• No wheelchair access available.
• The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment. 
• Vouchers must be printed for redemption; please print your voucher and bring along with you to avoid disappointment. 
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
