• Voucher is valid until Wed 13 Feb 2019, Mon & Fri 8am – 8pm, Tue & Wed 9am – 8pm, Thur 9am – 9pm, Sat 9am – 6pm and Sun 10am – 5pm; subject to availability.
• Excludes 20 – 31 Dec 2018 and 1 Jan 2019.
• Please note a supplementary charge of £10 per person is required for Friday – Sunday bookings; payable directly to spa.
• Advance booking required. Voucher must be booked by Fri 1 Feb 2019 (we don’t want you to miss out!).
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 24 hours of your booking.
• Multiple voucher purchases permitted.
• Over 16s only.
• Groups can be booked and receive treatment at the same time; max of 2 per group and subject to availability.
• Includes a 25 minute PURE facial and a 25 minute deluxe massage each.
• Treatment is not suitable during pregnancy/breastfeeding and not suitable for cancer sufferers/those in remission.
• Please discuss any health concerns directly with spa.
• Treatments cannot be substituted for other treatments.
• Wheelchair access available; please discuss with salon at time of booking.
• The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.
• Vouchers can be presented on mobile device or printed for redemption; please show your voucher on arrival.
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
