• Voucher is valid from Mon 3 Aug 2020 until Mon 30 Nov 2020; subject to availability.
• Lothian Road and Newhaven: Mon - Wed 9am - 8pm.
• Rose Street: Mon - Wed 10am - 7pm.
• Excludes Thur - Sun.
• Voucher must be booked by Mon 16 Nov 2020 (we don’t want you to miss out!).
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 48 hours of your booking.
• Multiple voucher purchases permitted.
• Over 16s only.
• Groups can be booked and receive treatment at the same time; subject to availability. Max of 2 per group.
• Treatment is not suitable during pregnancy/breastfeeding and not suitable for cancer sufferers/those in remission.
• Please discuss any health concerns directly with spa.
• Total treatment duration: 90mins; facial 25 mins; express manicure 20 mins; express pedicure 30 mins; express massage 15 mins.
• Manicure and pedicure can last up to 1 week depending on lifestyle and maintenance.
• Treatments cannot be substituted for other treatments.
• Access to facilities is not included.
• Wheelchair access available.
• Advance booking required. 
• The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date. 
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.
• Vouchers must be printed for redemption; please print your voucher and bring along with you to avoid disappointment.
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
