• Voucher is valid from Mon 19 Sep until Thu 22 Dec 2022, 7 days; Mon - Wed 9am - 7pm, Thu - Sat 10am - 7pm, Sun 10am - 6pm; subject to availability.
• A supplementary charge of £10 is required for Fri, Sat & Sun bookings; payable directly.
• Voucher must be booked by Thu 1 Dec 2022 (we don’t want you to miss out!).
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 48 hours of your booking.
• Multiple voucher purchases permitted.
• Over 16s only.
• Groups can be booked and receive treatment at the same time; max of 2.
• Treatment can be adapted during breastfeeding or for cancer sufferers/those in remission; please discuss directly. Pregnancy massage may be available upon request; please discuss direct.
• Please note some treatments may need to be adapted and a doctor’s note will be required for specific conditions.
• Please discuss any health concerns directly with the spa.
• Treatment duration: approx. 50 minutes inc 10 minutes consultation.
• Treatments cannot be substituted for other treatments.
• Wheelchair access available.
• Advanced booking required or risk forfeiting your voucher.
• The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.
• You can use your paperless voucher from your itison account on any mobile device. Printed vouchers are also accepted.
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
