• Voucher is valid from Thu 12 Jan 2023 until Fri 31 Mar 2023, 7 days; subject to availability. 
• Excludes 11 Feb 2023, 4, 11, 18, 25 Mar 2023.
• Deluxe apartment stays: A supplementary charge of £20 per person is required for Saturday stays; payable directly.
• Penthouse stays: A supplementary charge of £30 per person is required for Saturday stays; payable directly.
• Voucher must be booked by Fri 17 Mar 2023 (we don’t want you to miss out!). 
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 7 days of your booking.
• Multiple voucher purchases permitted.
• Multiple vouchers can be used on consecutive nights; subject to availability.
• Check-in 3pm, check-out 11am. 
• Deluxe apartment OR Park Lane Penthouse OR Park Avenue Penthouse available.
• Option 1 & 2: Stay can be upgraded to an executive apartment for £20 per night per room; payable directly.
• Stay can be extended by a night for a supplementary charge; please discuss directly.
• Penthouse stays: Includes Champagne afternoon tea served in the apartment on one day.
• Children permitted and included in headcount.
• Dogs permitted for a supplementary charge of £10 per day; payable directly.
• Wheelchair access available. Please note that Park Avenue Penthouse is not wheelchair accessible. 
• Advanced booking required or risk forfeiting your voucher.  
• The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date. 
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment. 
• You can use your paperless voucher from your itison account on any mobile device. Printed vouchers are also accepted. 
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
