• Voucher is valid until 18th July 2014, Wed 12noon-8.30pm, Thur & Fri 9.30am-5pm, Sat 9am-5pm (limited Saturday & evening availability); subject to availability.
• Multiple voucher purchases permitted.
• Advanced booking required. Members must quote their unique voucher code when booking. Reservations must be made by 4th July 2014 or you risk forfeiting your voucher.
• Group bookings are not permitted.
• Appointment lasts 45mins and will be taken by a senior stylist; subject to availability.
• Members may upgrade to an appointment with head stylist Jonathan for a supplement of £5. Please discuss and pay directly.
• Itison members may pay a supplement to add on additional services such as colour from £35, highlights from £52-72 each, chemical straightening from £60-90 each. Price can be confirmed on consultation. Please advise at time of booking and pay all supplements directly to the Salon.
• A patch test may be required when upgrading to a colour treatment. Please discuss directly at time of booking.
• Members may also purchase L'Oreal Retail Products on the day with a 20% discount.
• Sorry deal is not suitable for those suffering from cancer or in remission.
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 24 hours of your appointment.
• Vouchers must be surrendered for redemption; please print your voucher and bring along with you to avoid disappointment.
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
