• Voucher is valid until Tue 2nd Feb 2016; subject to availability.
• Overnight stay in a King room is valid Monday - Friday only. Excludes 21st Nov, 6th, 19th, 26th, 31st Dec 2015, 12th, 16th Jan 2016.
• Overnight stay in a Suite is valid on a Sunday night only. Excludes 6th Dec 2015.
• Reservations must be made by Tue 5th Jan 2016 or you risk forfeiting your voucher.
• Overnight stay in a King double room; rooms can be upgraded to a suite for a supplementary charge of £25 per room per night.
• Sunday night stay double or twin suite; members will be given highest grade of suite available for Sunday night stay (Junior-Exec)
• Check in 3pm, late checkout 2pm.
• £20 dining voucher is redeemable on any food & beverage items in restaurant, breakfast, bar or room service – 1 voucher per room.
• Members can add on full English and continental breakfast at an extra £10 per person on check in – dining voucher can also be used for this.
• Children are permitted; family suite required – £25 supplement to upgrade. 2 single bunkbeds in the room. £25 pp supplement per extra person over 16 in the room. Under 16's stay free of charge.
• Pets are permitted; £10 per pet per night (max 2 pets per room)
• Multiple voucher purchases permitted; multiple vouchers can be used on multiple nights.
• Limited parking available at St James Metro Station car park located directly across the street – local charges apply.
• Stay can be extended by a night for a supplementary charge. Please discuss with hotel when booking.
• Advanced booking required. The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 48 hours of your booking.
• Vouchers must be surrendered for redemption; please print your voucher and bring along with you to avoid disappointment.
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
