- Grilled fresh asparagus topped with poached egg and homemade hollandaise sauce
- Traditional spiced pork skewers served with a smoked paprika aioli
- Padron peppers sautéed in olive oil and Maldon sea salt
- Crispy fried squid sprinkled with sea salt and chili, served with a smoked paprika aioli
- Crispy battered haddock served with hand-cut chips and a mint pea purée
- Garlic roast chicken served on a rich cannellini bean and chorizo cassoulet
- Chickpeas, red peppers and onions cooked in a rich paprika and spiced tomato sauce, topped with an egg
- Arborio rice cooked with white wine, shallots and garlic, mixed with king prawns and clams, finished with fresh dill and manchego cheese
