Small print

• Voucher is valid from Sat 4 Jun 2022 until Sun 28 Aug 2022, Sat - Sun at 11am, 12:30pm and 2pm only; subject to availability. 
• Excludes Mon - Fri, 5, 12, 19 & 26 Jun and 24 Jul at 2pm. 
• Voucher must be booked by Fri 12 Aug 2022 (we don’t want you to miss out!). 
• Email bookings only.
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 24 hours of your booking. 
• Please arrive at least 15 minutes prior to your slot.
• Multiple voucher purchases permitted.
• Strictly over 18s only.
• Duration approx. 1 hr.
• Max of 12 people per tour.
• Please note that the garden part of the tour may be shortened or removed during bad weather.
• Wheelchair access available. 
• Advanced booking required or risk forfeiting your voucher.  
• The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date. 
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment. 
• You can use your paperless voucher from your itison account on any mobile device. Printed vouchers are also accepted. 
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
