• Voucher is valid from Fri 3 Mar 2023 until Wed 31 May 2023, Tue - Sat 10am - 4pm; subject to availability. 
• Excludes Sun - Mon and 18 Mar 2023.
• A £5pp supplement applies to Friday and Saturday bookings; payable direct.
• Voucher must be booked by Wed 17 May 2023 (we don’t want you to miss out!). 
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 48hours of your booking. 
• Multiple voucher purchases permitted.
• Over 16s only. 
• Groups can be booked and receive treatment at the same time. Max of 8 per group; subject to availability.
• Treatments may be unsuitable for certain medical conditions. Please discuss any health concerns directly with spa prior to booking. Not suitable for pregnant women under 12 weeks.
• Please note some treatments may need to be adapted and a doctor’s note will be required for specific conditions.

• The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.
• You can use your paperless voucher from your itison account on any mobile device. Printed vouchers are also accepted.
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
