• Mon - Fri options: Voucher is valid from Thu 1 Dec 2022 until Fri 31 Mar 2023, Mon - Fri 10am - 7pm; subject to availability.
• Excludes Sat- Sun, 26, 30 Dec 2022, 1 Jan &  13-16 Feb 2023.
• Sun options: Voucher is valid from Sun 4 Dec 2022 until Sun 26 Mar 2023, Sun 10am - 7pm; subject to availability.
• Excludes Mon - Sat, 25 Dec 2022, 1 Jan & 19 Feb 2023.
• General: 
• Voucher must be booked by Fri 10 Mar 2023 (we don’t want you to miss out!).
• Email bookings only.
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 24 hours of your booking.
• Multiple voucher purchases permitted.
• Over 16's only.
• Groups can be booked and receive treatment at the same time. Max of 4 per group; subject to availability.
• Treatment is suitable during pregnancy/breastfeeding if advised at time of booking.
• Treatment is suitable for cancer sufferers/those in remission as long as it's been 12 months since their last treatment.
• Please note some treatments may need to be adapted and a doctor’s note will be required for specific conditions.
• Please discuss any health concerns directly with spa.
• Treatment duration: approx. 55 minutes.

• The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.
• You can use your paperless voucher from your itison account on any mobile device. Printed vouchers are also accepted.
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
