• Voucher is valid from Mon 27 Nov 2023 until Thu 28 Mar 2024, Mon - Thu 9.30am - 7pm; subject to availability.
• Excludes Fri - Sun & 22 Dec 2023 - 2 Jan 2024.
• Voucher must be booked by Thu 7 Mar 2024 (we don’t want you to miss out!). 
• Voucher is non-refundable once booked. Date can be rescheduled with 72 hours advance notice; subject to availability.
• Multiple voucher purchases permitted.
• Over 18s only. 
• Please discuss any health concerns directly with spa. 
• Treatment duration: approx. 60 mins (express facial and back, neck & shoulder massage). Groups can be booked and receive treatment at the same time; subject to availability. Treatment is not suitable during pregnancy/breastfeeding. Treatments cannot be substituted for other treatments. 
• Wheelchair access available. 
• Advanced booking required or risk forfeiting your voucher.  
• The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date. 
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment. 
• You can use your paperless voucher from your itison account on any mobile device. Printed vouchers are also accepted. 
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
