Small print

• Voucher is valid from Wed 1 Aug 2018 until Wed 31 Oct 2018, Mon – Fri 9am – 8pm, Sat & Sun 9am – 6pm; subject to availability.
• A supplementary charge of £15 per person is required for Saturday and Sunday bookings; payable directly to hotel.
• Advance booking required. Voucher must be booked by Wed 17 Oct 2018 (we don't want you to miss out!).
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 48 hours of your booking.
• Multiple voucher purchases permitted.
• Please discuss group bookings with Spa directly; subject to availability.
• Over 16’s only.
• Treatments are not suitable during pregnancy/breastfeeding. 
• ESPA facial and file & polish treatments are suitable for cancer sufferers/those in remission; all other treatments are unsuitable.
• Please state any health restrictions at time of booking.
• Duration of each treatment is approx. 25 mins, plus 5 min consultation. 
• Deal is valid for fully trained therapist.
• A supplementary charge is required per person for the following: flip flops £3 (slippers not provided), robe / towel hire £5; payable directly to spa.
• Access to gym, spin studio, whirlpool spa, steam room, sauna & swimming pool included. Please note the pool can get busy so ask in advance for the quieter times.
• Option 2 and 3 includes lunch from the Village Spa light lunch menu; menu is subject to change. Includes refreshments of water and herbal tea. Vegetarian options are available; please advise spa at time of booking.
• Wheelchair access available.
• The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.
• Vouchers can be presented on mobile device or printed for redemption; please show your voucher on arrival. 
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
