• Ocean Terminal voucher is valid from Wed 18 July 2018 until Sun 21 Oct 2018, Mon – Sat 10am – 7pm and Sun 11am – 7pm; subject to availability.
• Waterloo voucher is valid from Wed 18 July 2018 until Sun 21 Oct 2018, Mon – Fri 10am – 9pm; subject to availability. Excludes Sat and Sun. 
• Lothian Road voucher is valid from Wed 18 July 2018 until Sun 21 Oct 2018, Mon - Wed & Fri 8am – 8pm, Thur 9am – 9pm, Sat 9am – 6pm and Sun 10am – 5pm.
• Please note a supplementary charge of £10 per person is required for Friday – Sunday bookings at Ocean Terminal and Lothian Road; payable directly to spa.
• Advance booking required. Voucher must be booked by Fri 21 Sept 2018 (we don’t want you to miss out!)
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 24 hours of your booking.
• Multiple voucher purchases permitted.
• Over 16’s only.
• Groups can be booked and receive treatment at the same time; subject to availability. Max of 2 per group.
• Treatment is not suitable during pregnancy/breastfeeding and not suitable for cancer sufferers/those in remission.
• Please discuss any health concerns directly with spa.
• PURE Waterloo and Ocean Terminal options include choice of Swedish or Relaxation Massages.
• PURE Waterloo includes 1hr access to spa prior to treatment and 1hr after, includes swimming pool, traditional sauna and steam room.
• Treatments cannot be substituted for other treatments.
• Wheelchair access is available but restricted; please discuss directly with venue.
• The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date. 
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.
• Vouchers must be printed for redemption; please print your voucher and bring along with you to avoid disappointment.
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
