- Cocktail is either Quintessential Sour (Disaronno, ReinQuinQuin peach wine, lemon juice and angostura bitters) or Violet Hour (Beefeater, Creme de violate liqueur, purple grape juice and lemon juice.) Cocktails can be substituted for a soft drink.
